  • When appropriate, attend client medical appointments with client

  • Negotiation and adjustment of medical bills

  • Insurance coverage advocacy

Health Coaching

  • Personalized health coaching and support to meet personal health goals or provider recommendations

  • Assist client with evidence-based goal development of and formation of plan

  • Assist client with identifying potential barriers and creating a plan to address them

  • Educate clients on the cycle of pain and empower clients to take ownership of the management of their pain.

  • Help clients identify behaviors or habits that may be contributing to their pain and coach them on how to create a plan to address.

  • Coach clients on ways to manage stress, improve sleep, increase function and add additional coping mechanisms.
